Michael L. Danoff (1947 - 2021)
Michael L. Danoff is the founder of Michael Danoff & Associates, P.C. dba Danoff Law Firm, P.C. Mr. Danoff was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Mr. Danoff practiced law in the state of New Mexico for almost 50 years and maintained a general litigation practice, including but not limited to, family law, complex commercial litigation, business litigation, employment law, real estate, medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, and criminal law. For more than four decades, Mr. Danoff successfully tried jury and non-jury cases at all levels of state and federal courts in New Mexico and throughout the Southwest. Mr. Danoff presented oral argument in the Supreme Court of New Mexico, the New Mexico Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Danoff also served as a private and court-appointed mediator, arbitrator, and special master for various legal issues.
